Directions for preparing steam:
Prepare your herbs in hot water.
Remove your water and herbs from stove.
Pour into your heat-safe basin if you prefer. Allow to cool slightly.
Place your pot or basin into the toilet where you will be comfortable spending 30 minutes while you steam.
Gently place the basin and water into the bottom of your toilet.
Be sure the seat is not able to shift side to side.
Disrobe and carefully sit down on your seat.
Wrap warm blankets and/or towels around your legs and waist to keep warm while you steam.
After your steam is finished, discard of the herbs properly.
